# Obsidian Royalties

Obsidian introduces **Royalties**, a feature designed to foster the growth of the Cronos ecosystem by redistributing aggregator fees collected during token transactions. This initiative empowers project founders with funds to support development and marketing efforts, ensuring a sustainable future for projects on Cronos.

### How It Works

* **Aggregator Fees**:\
  Each transaction on Obsidian collects a **0.4% aggregator fee**.
* **Royalties Distribution**:\
  These fees are sent to the Obsidian Royalties contract and distributed as follows:
  * **50% to Partner Projects**:\
    Partner projects and tokens with qualifying liquidity will receive a share of the **aggregator fees collected specifically from transactions involving their token** (usually from token purchases).
  * **50% to $OBS Auto-Burn**:\
    The remaining fees are automatically swapped to **$OBS** and burned 🔥 during each royalty claim, supporting Obsidian's token and reducing its supply.

*\*We reserve the right to amend the royalty program details at any time and in our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms. By continuing to use the service after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated conditions. We encourage you to review our documentation periodically to stay informed of any modifications.*

### Benefits to Projects

1. **Partner Projects**:
   * Obsidian will share transaction fees with projects using their services.
     * **First Partner**: [puush.fun](https://puush.fun)
       * All graduated tokens that choose Obsidian for their Liquidity will receive **50% of the aggregator fees collected from their token transactions**.
2. **Liquidity-Based Eligibility**:
   * Tokens maintaining more than **$10,000 USD bunt or locked liquidity** on Obsidian are eligible to enroll for royalty benefits.

\**Projects graduating to Obsidian and those based on liquidity must maintain over $10,000 in liquidity. Falling below this threshold disqualifies them from the Royalties program until the requirement is met again.*

### How to Claim Royalties

Project founders can claim their royalties in just two steps:

1. **Set Up Your Claim**:
   * Create a ticket in our [Discord server](https://obsidian.finance/discord), and our team will assist you in setting up your royalties.
2. **Claim Royalties**:
   * Once set up, you can claim your royalties directly on the [Obsidian Royalties page](https://obsidian.finance/royalties).

#### Important Note

Only the aggregator fees collected from transactions involving your token will be eligible for royalties. Typically, these fees are generated from **token purchases but not sales.**

### Unclaimed Tokens

Unclaimed tokens after 60 days of transfer within the royalties contract won't go to waste! They will be used for:

* **Mystery Prizes**: Exciting rewards for platform users.
* **Other Rewards**: Incentives to engage and grow our community.

### Our Vision

The goal of Obsidian Royalties is to provide sustainable funding solutions for Cronos projects. By empowering both small and large projects, we aim to create a thriving ecosystem that fosters innovation and growth on the Cronos chain.

# LP Farms

# Fixed Staking

#### 🔒Fixed Staking - Early Withdrawal Rules

\
If you stake in a Fixed Pool and decide to withdraw before the lock period ends, here’s exactly how it works

***

#### 💰Do I lose my rewards if I exit early?

\
No.

You keep all rewards accrued up to that point.

The contract always calculates:

* Rewards already accumulated
* Plus new rewards earned since your last action

Those rewards are added to your payout, even if you leave early.

***

#### ✂️Where does the penalty apply?

\
The penalty is applied only to your original deposit, not to rewards.

Your final payout is:

Penalized principal + 100% of earned rewards

***

#### ⏳How early-exit penalties are calculated

\
Each pool’s lock period is split into 3 equal phases:

**Phase 1:** No withdrawals allowed,\
**Phase 2:** Partial principal unlocked (Penalty Tier 1),\
**Phase 3:** Larger principal unlocked (Penalty Tier 2),

Depending on when you exit, the contract applies one of these:

withdrawalCut1 → % of principal returned in Phase 2,\
withdrawalCut2 → % of principal returned in Phase 3,

Rewards are **always fully included.**

***

#### ✅Summary

\
• Early withdrawals keep all earned rewards\
• Penalties affect only the principal\
• Lock period has 3 stages\
• The later you exit, the less principal is cut

# Token Listing on Obsidian

At Obsidian, we strive to create a diverse and inclusive platform that supports tokens of all sizes. Whether you're a newly launched project or an established token, we welcome you to apply for listing on Obsidian. We are committed to providing access to the best trading rates through our comprehensive liquidity sources, including our own liquidity pools, as well as aggregating from VVS, Ebisus, and H2 Finance.

### How to Get Listed

There are two simple ways for a token to get listed on Obsidian:

1. **Discord Ticket**: Reach out to our team via our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/HSDJPQTeDX) and create a ticket. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
2. **Online Form**: Alternatively, you can fill out our [listing form](https://obsidian.finance/listing), which helps us gather all the necessary information to evaluate your token for listing.

### Listing Criteria

While we support tokens of all sizes, including those with smaller liquidity pools, we have certain requirements to ensure the security and integrity of our platform:

* **Compliance**: We will check that your token’s smart contract is compliant with security best practices.
* **Social Media**: The token must have an updated social media presence, including links on its Dexscreener profile.
* **Active Community**: Tokens with an engaged, active community are prioritized, as this demonstrates the project's commitment to growth and user engagement.

#### Liquidity Pools

We do not require tokens to have their own liquidity pools on Obsidian to be listed. Since we aggregate liquidity from multiple sources, including VVS, Ebisus, H2 Finance, and our own liquidity pools, we always prioritize the best pool prices for users. However, we do provide the opportunity for tokens to create liquidity pools on Obsidian, which can further enhance visibility and trading volume.

### Obsidian's Right to Reject or Remove Listings

While we strive to support a broad range of tokens, Obsidian reserves the right to reject any listing requests or remove tokens from the platform at our discretion. This decision may be based on security concerns, compliance issues, or other factors that may affect the safety of our community and investors.

At Obsidian, the security and integrity of our platform and its users are always our top priority.

## 1. Direct Swap Integration

The end-to-end partner swap flow is three steps:

1. Call `POST /:chainId/v1/getquote`
2. Call `POST /v1/getswap`
3. Broadcast the returned router transaction

The currently documented execution path is `EXACT_INPUT`.

### 1.0 Workflow Overview

```
Your App      ──▶ POST /:chainId/v1/getquote       ──▶ Obsidian Quote API
              ◀── quote, routes, gas estimate      ◀──
Your App      ──▶ POST /v1/getswap                 ──▶ Obsidian Calldata API
              ◀── calldata, routerAddress, value   ◀──
Your User     ──▶ signs and broadcasts transaction ──▶ Cronos
Your Backend  ──▶ POST /v1/partners/trades/ingest  ──▶ Obsidian Quest Tracking
              ◀── processed / skipped / failed     ◀──
```

**Mapping rules: quote → trade**

| From `quote`                       | To `trade`                                |
| ---------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| `quote.inputAmount.value`          | `trade.inputAmount.quotient`              |
| `quote.outputAmount.value`         | `trade.outputAmount.quotient`             |
| `quote.routes[i].path[j].address`  | `trade.routes[i].path[j].wrapped.address` |
| `quote.routes[i].pools[k].address` | `trade.routes[i].pools[k].address`        |
| (constant)                         | `trade.tradeType = "EXACT_INPUT"`         |

Additional rules:

* When a token is native CRO, always set `isNative: true`.
* Preserving the native zero address at the trade-level input is acceptable.
* Route paths still use wrapped-token hop addresses, so native CRO routes usually begin with WCRO.
* For native output, use the WCRO address anywhere a wrapped output address is required. The API appends the unwrap step internally.

| `routerAddress` | Router contract to call                        |

| `recipient`     | Final swap recipient                           |
| `multiHopRoute` | Whether the route spans multiple hops |
| `feeApplied` | Obsidian fee metadata in the built transaction |

**Broadcasting**

Send the user's transaction with:

| Tx field | Source          |
| -------- | --------------- |
| `to`     | `routerAddress` |
| `data`   | `calldata`      |
| `value`  | `value`         |

{% hint style="info" %}
**Execution guidance.** `estimatedGas` already includes an API-side safety buffer. If you add more padding client-side, keep it conservative. `deadlineOrPreviousBlockhash` should usually be a future Unix timestamp. If you omit it, Obsidian defaults the deadline to roughly **10 minutes** from request time.
{% endhint %}

### Send the transaction

Use the `/getswap` response as:

| Tx field   | Source          |
| ---------- | --------------- |
| `to`       | `routerAddress` |
| `data`     | `calldata`      |
| `value`    | `value`         |
| `gasLimit` | `estimatedGas`  |

Your app or wallet client then signs and broadcasts the transaction normally.
{% endstep %}
{% endstepper %}

## 2. Public Token List

Pull token metadata and logos for swap forms, token pickers, and branding.

**Route**

```http
GET /:chainId/v1/whitelisted-tokens
```

**Example**

```http
GET /25/v1/whitelisted-tokens
```

**Returned token fields**

| Field      | Meaning          |
| ---------- | ---------------- |
| `name`     | Token name       |
| `symbol`   | Token symbol     |
| `address`  | Contract address |
| `decimals` | Token decimals   |
| `logoURI`  | Token logo URL   |

**Rate limits**

* Public route
* Rate limited per IP
* Current default limit: **60 requests per minute**

## 3. Quest Tracking for Partner Contracts

If your project uses its own middleman contract and still wants Obsidian quest tracking, onboarding starts with a Discord ticket.

### 3.1 Open a Discord Ticket With

| Required item                              | Notes                                                |
| ------------------------------------------ | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| Project name and primary contact | Main point of contact for follow-up |
| Target chain ID | For example `25` for Cronos |
| Deployed contract address or addresses | Include all relevant live contracts |
| Block explorer links | Explorer links for each contract |
| Verified contract on the relevant explorer | Obsidian can pull contract details from there |
| Flow description | Explain how your contract routes swaps into Obsidian |
| One to three real successful tx hashes | Use live successful examples |
| Expected end-user wallet for each tx hash | Needed for attribution validation |
| Fee-flow explanation | Include if your contract skims fees before routing |

### 3.2 Contract Requirements

The important requirement is not the outer contract brand or implementation style. The important requirement is that **Obsidian can prove the end user and the actual routed swap.**

Your contract must:

* Forward a decodable Obsidian router call inside the transaction flow
* Route the swap so the nested Obsidian recipient is the real end user
* Provide a reliable way to attribute the end user

**Supported attribution sources**

* Transaction sender
* A function argument
* An emitted event argument

**Preferred event fields**

| Field          | Priority |
| -------------- | -------- |
| `user`         | Required |
| `inputToken`   | Required |
| `inputAmount`  | Required |
| `feeAmount`    | Required |
| `outputToken`  | Helpful  |
| `outputAmount` | Helpful  |

**Example event shape**

```solidity
event Swap(
  address indexed user,
  address inputToken,
  uint256 inputAmount,
  uint256 feeAmount,
  address outputToken,
  uint256 outputAmount
);
```

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Important notes.** Output token and output amount are helpful, but they are not the main source of truth. Obsidian verifies partner trades primarily from nested router calldata and token transfer logs. Quest volume is tracked from the net amount that actually reached Obsidian after any partner-side skim.
{% endhint %}

### 3.3 Partner API Key

After your contract flow is approved, Obsidian will issue a partner API key.

| Item               | Value                                              |
| ------------------ | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Header name        | `x-obsidian-partner-key`                           |
| Header format      | `clientId.secret`                                  |
| Default rate limit | `60` requests per minute per key |
| Scope | Approved chain IDs and approved contract addresses |

### 3.4 Submit Transaction Hashes

**Route**

```http
POST /v1/partners/trades/ingest
```

**Headers**

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Implementation note.** Call this route from your backend, worker, or serverless function. Do not expose x-obsidian-partner-key in frontend or browser code. Store the key in an environment variable or server-side secret.
{% endhint %}

```
x-obsidian-partner-key: clientId.secret
Content-Type: application/json
```

**Request body**

```json
{
  "chainId": 25,
  "txHashes": [
    "0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111",
    "0x2222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222"
  ]
}
```

**Request rules**

* Maximum **4 unique transaction hashes** per request
* Hashes must be standard `0x`-prefixed transaction hashes
* Re-submitting the same successful transaction is safe and idempotent
* Default partner-key rate limit is `60` requests per minute unless Obsidian provisions a different limit for your project

**Response shape**

```json
{
  "partnerProjectSlug": "example-project",
  "partnerKeyId": "abc123",
  "chainId": 25,
  "submittedCount": 2,
  "processedCount": 1,
  "skippedCount": 1,
  "failedCount": 0,
  "results": [
    {
      "txHash": "0x1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111",
      "status": "processed",
      "message": "Swap details processed successfully."
    },
    {
      "txHash": "0x2222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222222",
      "status": "skipped_existing",
      "message": "Transaction already processed."
    }
  ]
}
```

**Result statuses**

| Status             | Meaning                                                                        |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| `processed` | The trade was verified and written into Obsidian trade tracking |
| `skipped_existing` | The transaction was already processed earlier |
| `failed` | The hash was received but could not be verified for the approved partner scope |

## 4. Final Notes

* Direct swap integration routes are public.
* Partner quest tracking ingestion is authenticated and only enabled after contract review.
* If your project wants quest tracking, **provide real sample transactions early.** That shortens onboarding more than anything else.

## 5. Building with AI

This API was designed to be readable by coding assistants. The endpoint summaries, request bodies, mapping rules, and examples are written so that an AI agent can scaffold a working integration with minimal hand-holding.

This section gives you the patterns, prompts, and guardrails to do it well.

### 5.1 Why This Doc Is AI-Friendly

The structure of this guide is deliberate:

| Pattern | Why it matters for AI |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Stable endpoint tables | Models can cite exact routes without hallucinating paths |
| Explicit request bodies | Models can copy the shape instead of guessing field names |
| Quote-to-trade mapping table | The most error-prone step is spelled out as a direct map |
| Constant values in tables | Router, WCRO, native placeholder, and chain ID are easy to extract |
| Compact end-to-end example | Models can use it as a single-shot reference for full flows |

When you hand this doc to an assistant, you do not need to re-explain any of these. They are already in a form the model can use.

### 5.2 Recommended Workflow

A simple loop that works for most partner integrations:

```
1. Paste the relevant section of this doc into your assistant.
2. Tell it your stack (Next.js, ethers.js, viem, wagmi, etc.).
3. Tell it what you want (quote, swap, token picker, ingest worker).
4. Ask for a single self-contained module first.
5. Have it write a test against the example payloads in Section 1.3.
6. Iterate.
```

The shorter and more specific the prompt, the better the output.

### 5.3 Starter Prompts

Copy, adapt, and paste. Each prompt assumes you have also provided the relevant doc section to the assistant.

**Quote and Swap (Frontend)**

```
Using the Powered by Obsidian Partner API docs I provided, generate a
TypeScript module for a Next.js app using viem that:
- Accepts an input token, output token, and input amount in human-readable form
- Calls POST /25/v1/getquote with the correct shape
- Maps the response to POST /v1/getswap using the mapping rules in section 1.2
- Returns { to, data, value, gasLimit } ready to pass to a wallet client
- Treats CRO as native using the zero address
- Uses 0.5% slippage as the default
Use exact field names from the docs. Do not invent fields.
```

**Token Picker (Frontend)**

```
Using the Powered by Obsidian Partner API docs, build a React component that:
- Fetches GET /25/v1/whitelisted-tokens on mount
- Renders a searchable token list with logo, symbol, name, and address
- Caches results in memory for the session
- Falls back gracefully if the request fails
Use the exact field names from section 2.
```

**Partner Ingest Worker (Backend)**

```
Using the Powered by Obsidian Partner API docs, write a Node.js worker that:
- Watches our contract for Swap events
- Buffers tx hashes
- Every 30 seconds (or when 4 hashes are buffered) calls
  POST /v1/partners/trades/ingest with the x-obsidian-partner-key header
- Logs processed, skipped, and failed counts
- Respects the 60 req/min rate limit
- Reads the partner key from an env var, never hardcoded
Use exact field names from section 3.4.
```

**Contract Scaffolding (Quest Tracking Onboarding)**

```
Using section 3 of the Powered by Obsidian Partner API docs, write a Solidity
event and a swap function that:
- Emits the preferred event shape with user, inputToken, inputAmount, feeAmount,
  outputToken, outputAmount
- Forwards the swap to the Obsidian router with the end user as the nested recipient
- Skims a 0.25% fee in the input token before forwarding
Make the user attribution work via the indexed `user` argument in the event.
```

### 5.4 Guardrails When Building with AI

Coding assistants are excellent at scaffolding and weak at on-chain reasoning. Use these guardrails:

| Guardrail                                          | Why                                                               |
| -------------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Always verify the router address from this doc | Models sometimes invent or stale-cache addresses |
| Always confirm the chain ID is `25` | Some models default to mainnet-style chain IDs |
| Always test with small amounts on Cronos first | An incorrect calldata field will silently route wrong |
| Pin the exact `tradeType` values | `0` is for the quote route, `"EXACT_INPUT"` is for the swap route |
| Treat `gasEstimateInUSD` as informational only     | Documented as non-authoritative                                   |
| Never let an AI agent hold your partner API key | Use a server-side proxy and inject the key from env |
| Diff AI output against the example payloads in 1.3 | Field-by-field comparison catches almost every shape error |

### 5.5 Suggested Project Files for AI-First Builders

If you are starting a new partner integration, this is a clean repo layout that AI assistants tend to handle well:

```
your-partner-app/
├── docs/
│   └── obsidian-partner-api.md    ← drop this guide in
├── lib/
│   ├── obsidian/
│   │   ├── quote.ts               ← POST /:chainId/v1/getquote
│   │   ├── swap.ts                ← POST /v1/getswap
│   │   ├── tokens.ts              ← GET /:chainId/v1/whitelisted-tokens
│   │   └── mapping.ts             ← quote → trade mapping helpers
├── server/
│   └── ingest-worker.ts           ← POST /v1/partners/trades/ingest
├── contracts/
│   └── PartnerRouter.sol          ← optional middleman contract
└── tests/
    └── obsidian.spec.ts           ← uses the 1.3 example payloads
```

Point your assistant at this structure and ask it to fill in one file at a time. Small, focused prompts beat one giant prompt every time.

### 5.6 When To Ask Obsidian Instead Of An AI

Some things an AI cannot answer for you. Open a Discord ticket if:

* You need quest tracking enabled for a custom middleman contract
* You need a higher rate limit than `60` requests per minute
* Your event attribution does not match any of the supported attribution sources
* You see consistent `failed` statuses in your ingest responses
* You want to discuss flows not documented in this guide

Real sample transactions speed up every one of these conversations.

# NFT Lending & Borrowing

The platform enables NFT-backed lending through a collateralized, time-based borrowing model. Lenders create loan offers by selecting an NFT and setting required collateral at a minimum of **2× the NFT’s current floor price**, with the option to require higher collateral. Floor prices are sourced in real time from **CDC NFT, Ebisus, and Minted**.

Borrowers initiate a loan by selecting a lender offer and depositing the required **CRO collateral** into an escrow smart contract for a chosen duration (**1, 7, or 30 days**). Upon lender approval, the NFT is transferred to the borrower for the duration of the loan.

Protocol fees are charged on the collateral and split evenly between the lender and the platform. Fee rates are:

* **1 day:** 1%
* **7 days:** 3%
* **30 days:** 5%

Borrowers may return the NFT at any time before expiry to reclaim their collateral (minus fees). After the loan term expires, the lender may claim the collateral (less platform fees) if the NFT is not returned. Borrowers retain the option to return the NFT late **until the lender claims the collateral**.

Welcome to the **Obsidian Trading Battle!** An exciting competition where projects and traders come together to compete for top spots and exclusive rewards. This competition celebrates the community’s most active projects by ranking tokens based on buy volume, with thrilling rewards for the weekly winners.

### How It Works

1. **Leaderboard**: Each week, tokens listed on Obsidian compete for the top spot on our **Trading Battle Leaderboard**. Rankings are based solely on **buy volume**, so every buy trade counts toward your favorite project’s success.
   * View the live leaderboard: [Obsidian Trading Battle Leaderboard](https://obsidian.finance/battle)
2. **Eligible Tokens**:
   * All tokens listed on Obsidian are automatically eligible to participate. No subscription or special signup is required. [Listing form](https://obsidian.finance/listing).
3. **Supported Network**:
   * Currently, the competition is available only on the **Cronos Chain EVM (25)**.

### Rewards

Each week’s **top traded token by buy volume** will earn exclusive rewards, adding value for both the project and its supporters.

**Weekly Rewards for the Top Token**

* **Staking Pool Fees**: The winning token’s **buy volume** generates aggregator fees throughout the competition period. All fees collected from **buy trades** are returned to the winning project’s staking pool as a reward for its supporters. *Fees from sales do not count toward the staking pool rewards at this time; instead, they are allocated to other activities, including incentives for the Global Leaderboard.*
* **Promotional Banner**: In addition to the staking pool reward, the winning token will receive a **prominent promotional banner** on our Trading Battle page, boosting visibility for the project in the following week.

#### Strategy

To support your favorite token in the Trading Battle, increase buy volume through regular trading. Remember, only buy trades count toward the leaderboard rank, so every buy strengthens your token’s standing. **The more you trade, the higher the chance for your project to claim the top spot and enjoy exclusive rewards!**

#### Global Leaderboard and Contests

In addition to the **Trading Battle**, Obsidian features a **Global Leaderboard** that ranks individual traders based on their total trade volume, counting both buys and sells. This leaderboard provides even more ways to win and showcase your trading activity.

* **Single Wallet Leaderboard**: Track your personal progress on the Global Leaderboard as you trade. By supporting your favorite token through active trading (buys and sells), you not only contribute to its success in the Trading Battle but also advance in the **Single Wallet Leaderboard**. Climbing the ranks gives you access to special incentives and rewards as a top trader!
* **Special Boosts and Contests**: Participate in exciting contests and receive unique boosts, available only on the Global Leaderboard. With these additional incentives, you can maximize your trading impact and stand out as a leading trader.

Check out the **Global Obsidian Trading Leaderboard** here: [Obsidian Global Leaderboard](https://obsidian.finance/leaderboard) to track your wallet's rank and view available contests.

All projects are welcome to participate. **Let’s battle it out!** 🏆

# Liquidity Pool Incentive Program

Obsidian's program rewards top ranking tokens by creating liquidity pools, collecting aggregator fees, and offering the option to add liquidity to their TOKEN/CRO pair.

Obsidian is not just a decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator; it is a comprehensive decentralized exchange platform. In addition to providing users with the best trading rates across multiple liquidity sources, Obsidian is also committed to fostering growth in the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. We are focused on building our liquidity pool (LP) protocol, and we aim to support projects by offering them increased liquidity pools on our platform.

We are happy to introduce an exciting new incentive program designed to encourage tokens to increase their liquidity and visibility within the Obsidian ecosystem. This program rewards tokens with significant buy volume and top rankings on our leaderboard by offering them the opportunity to participate in our liquidity pool creation process.

***

#### **Incentive Program Details:**

To qualify for the program, tokens must meet two criteria:

1. **Top 10 Ranking:** Tokens that reach the top 10 on Obsidian’s weekly [battle leaderboard](https://wiki.obsidian.finance/contests/weekly-trading-battle) based on buy volume.
2. **Minimum Buy Volume:** Tokens must have a minimum buy volume of **$10,000** within a given week.

Once a token qualifies, they will be eligible for the following incentives:

**1️⃣ Liquidity Pool Creation**

Obsidian will create liquidity pools for qualifying tokens on our platform, increasing its accessibility and exposure. The liquidity pool creation process will help ensure there is sufficient liquidity for seamless token swaps and trading.

**2️⃣ Aggregator Fee Collection and Liquidity Zapping**

Obsidian’s aggregator fee is **0.5%** of the trading volume generated for each qualifying token. For example, if a token generates **$20,000** in buy volume, the fee collected will be **$100**.

These collected fees will then be used to add liquidity to the token's **TOKEN/CRO** pair on Obsidian, contributing to the liquidity pool of that pair. Additionally, the created liquidity will be **burned**, helping reduce the token's overall supply and increasing its scarcity.

**3️⃣ Staking Pool or Liquidity Pool Opt-In**

Currently, the top ranking token receives the collected aggregator fees in a **staking pool**. However, if the token chooses to opt into the LP (liquidity pool) program, the fees will instead be used to increase the liquidity of the token's **TOKEN/CRO** liquidity pool on Obsidian. This offers more flexibility for tokens to choose between staking rewards or liquidity growth.

***

#### **Program Duration and Review:**

This incentive program will be valid for the next 2 months (starting on Nov 10th, 2024) and is subject to review and possible extension based on the engagement and participation of the projects involved. Obsidian aims to continuously improve the program and provide valuable incentives to projects that engage with the platform and contribute to the liquidity of the ecosystem.

***

#### **Benefits for Tokens and Projects:**

1. **Increased Liquidity:** Tokens will benefit from increased liquidity on Obsidian, enabling smoother and faster trading for users.
2. **Exposure:** By qualifying for the top 10 on the leaderboard, tokens will receive more visibility within the DeFi ecosystem.
3. **Liquidity Pool Incentives:** The liquidity added to the **TOKEN/CRO** pair will help boost token value by improving its market depth.
4. **Staking or LP Growth Options:** Tokens can choose whether to receive rewards in the staking pool or opt into the LP program for liquidity growth.
5. **Reduced Supply:** The liquidity added to the pool will be burned, helping decrease the overall supply of the token and potentially increasing scarcity.

***

#### **How to Participate:**

1. **Monitor the Leaderboard:** Tokens must rank within the top 10 on Obsidian's leaderboard.
2. **Achieve Minimum Buy Volume:** Tokens must generate a minimum buy volume of **$10,000**.
3. **Opt-in to the LP Program:** Qualifying tokens can opt to participate in the LP program, directing their aggregator fees towards liquidity growth.

**Exclusions:** Tokens that are already paired with $ROBIN are excluded from this program, as liquidity is already being injected for those tokens.

***

#### **Conclusion:**

Obsidian’s new Liquidity Pool Incentive Program is designed to encourage projects to engage with the platform and increase liquidity, benefiting both the token holders and the broader DeFi ecosystem. This initiative highlights Obsidian’s commitment to becoming a full-featured decentralized exchange that not only aggregates liquidity but also builds and supports liquidity pools for token projects, driving value and adoption within the decentralized finance space.

# Obsidian Leaderboard

### Introduction to the Obsidian Leaderboard Points System

Every week, Obsidian distributes 50% of the platform trading fees to the top 50 traders based on their trading activity. This distribution is made in the form of OBS tokens. Whether you are an avid trader or a casual participant, the leaderboard gives you an exciting opportunity to earn more, especially when you hold a **ROBIN NFT**.

### Boost System for ROBIN NFT Holders

Owning an NFT provides you with a boost, adding a percentage to your points based on the rank of your NFT. Here’s how the boost system works:

* **Rank 1-5:** 100% Boost (2x points)
* **Rank 6-25:** 75% Boost
* **Rank 26-100:** 50% Boost
* **Rank 101-200:** 35% Boost
* **Rank 201-500:** 25% Boost
* **Rank 501-1000:** 15% Boost
* **Rank 1001-2500:** 10% Boost

Owning a **ROBIN NFT** can make a substantial difference in your leaderboard position. In competitive weeks, even a few extra points can place you in a higher reward bracket.

By incorporating the **ROBIN NFT** into your strategy, you not only enhance your earning potential but also become a valued member of the **Obsidian** community.&#x20;

So, start trading, boost your points with a **ROBIN NFT**, and climb the ranks on the **Obsidian Leaderboard**!

### Reward Cycle

Each reward cycle lasts for 7 days. At the end of each cycle, the top 50 addresses with the highest trading volume (converted into leaderboard points) are eligible to receive a share of 50% of the fees collected by Obsidian that week. These rewards are paid out in OBS tokens.

### How Rewards Are Calculated

Each trader’s share of the weekly reward pool is proportional to their points compared to the total points earned by all 50 eligible traders.

For example, if 100 million OBS tokens are allocated for the week, then the reward for each user is calculated using the formula:

Your Reward = (Your Points / Total Points of Top 50) × 100,000,000 OBS

To illustrate how rewards are distributed, we will use an example where 100 million OBS tokens are allocated for a given week.

### Example Scenarios

#### Scenario 1: Close Points Between Top Users

If the first and second place traders have nearly equal points, they will receive almost the same rewards. Example:

\- Trader A has 10,000 points\
\- Trader B has 9,900 points\
\- Total points from all 50 traders = 50,000

Reward amounts:\
\- Trader A: (10,000 / 50,000) × 100M = 20,000,000 OBS\
\- Trader B: (9,900 / 50,000) × 100M = 19,800,000 OBS

#### Scenario 2: Top 5 Traders Dominate

If the top 5 traders accumulate most of the points, they will receive the bulk of the reward pool. Example:

\- Total points from all traders = 1,000,000\
\- Top 5 traders have a combined 900,000 points

Reward amounts:\
\- Trader 1 (300,000 points): 30,000,000 OBS\
\- Trader 2 (250,000 points): 25,000,000 OBS\
\- Remaining 45 traders share 10,000,000 OBS

### Claiming Your Rewards

Rewards must be claimed within 15 days after the cycle ends. If not claimed within this period, the rewards expire and cannot be claimed afterward.

### Final Notes

Obsidian’s leaderboard rewards ensure that active traders are fairly rewarded. Whether you're a top trader or rising through the ranks, your activity helps you earn a share of the platform fees distributed weekly.

# Collab Partner NFT Boosts

We’re bringing a whole new level of excitement to the **Obsidian Trading Leaderboard** with the introduction of **Collab Partner NFT Boosts**! This is your chance to gain even more points, amplify your rewards, and climb the ranks faster than ever before. To kick things off, we're teaming up with the **Cronos Cruisers NFTs** for the very first collaboration, giving holders a **25% boost** on points for every trade. But that’s not all, each new round or season will feature fresh collaborations with different NFT projects, offering you new opportunities to earn boosts and outshine the competition!

### How Collab Partner Boosts Work

The **Collab Partner NFT Boosts** are all about giving you extra power in the race to the top of the leaderboard. Here’s the scoop on how it works:

* **First Round Collaboration**: Holders of the **Cronos Cruisers NFTs** will get a **25% boost** on the points they earn from each trade throughout this round.
* **Boost Application**: This boost will be directly added to your points total for every trade you make. For instance, if you would earn 100 points from a trade, the boost would increase that to 125 points!

#### Rotating Collaborations

Each round or season will bring a **new Collab Partner NFT**, and the percentage of the boost may vary depending on the collaboration. The best part? You get to discover new and exciting NFTs to collect and earn boosts from, making every season feel like a fresh challenge.

* **New Partnerships Every Season**: The collaboration may feature different NFTs each round, with new perks, boosts, and surprises to keep things exciting!

### Example of Boosted Points

Let’s walk through an example to show just how powerful the **Cronos Cruisers NFT Boost** can be:

#### Step 1: Base Points Calculation

Imagine you’re trading **1,000 USD** worth of tokens. With a **POINTS\_RATIO** of 10 (meaning every 10 USD equals 1 point), you’d normally earn:

* **Base Points** = 1,000 USD / 10 = **100 points**

#### Step 2: Applying the 25% Boost

Now, if you hold a **Cronos Cruisers NFT**, you get that extra **25% boost** on your points. So, your points calculation would look like this:

* **Boosted Points** = 100 points × (1 + 0.25) = **125 points**

By holding the **Cronos Cruisers NFT**, you’re immediately earning 25 extra points, propelling you higher up the leaderboard.

#### Step 3: Climbing the Leaderboard

Every trade you make with a **boosted point total** gives you a greater chance of reaching those top prize spots. With more boosts, you rise faster and claim more rewards, whether you’re gunning for a **Gold** rank or just aiming for consistency among the **Teal** ranks.

### Why Collab Partner NFTs?

The **Collab Partner NFT Boosts** are designed to add a whole new layer of excitement and strategy to the **Obsidian Trading Leaderboard**. Here’s why you’ll want to get involved:

# Token Merge: Forging Obsidian

## What’s Happening to ROBIN and LION?

ROBIN and LION were originally envisioned as community or meme tokens, and they’ve played a valuable role in helping us grow and engage our ecosystem. However, Obsidian has evolved into a platform with real utility and long-term potential.

👉 **In short:** We’re merging tokens to make things simpler, stronger, and better for you, for us, and for the future of our community.

## A Stronger Future Together

As our community grows and our ecosystem evolves, it’s important that our foundations are built for long-term success. That’s why we’re taking a major step forward: merging our tokens into one unified asset. This isn’t just a technical move, it’s a strategic decision designed to strengthen our brand, streamline user experience, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

### 1. **Consistency & Simplicity for Everyone**

Managing multiple tokens can be confusing. Not only for new community members, but also for long-time holders. By unifying into one token, we remove unnecessary complexity. This gives our users and partners a single, clear point of reference for everything we’re building.

* One brand, one ticker, one ecosystem.
* Easier onboarding for new users.
* Simpler integrations with exchanges, wallets, and DeFi platforms.

### 2. **Stronger, More Recognizable Branding**

A fragmented token landscape dilutes recognition. By consolidating, we create a stronger and more consistent brand identity, something the entire community can rally behind. This not only builds trust but also ensures that when people talk about us, they’re talking about one powerful, unified asset.

* Greater visibility and credibility.
* A stronger presence across Crypto, DeFi, and Web3 spaces.
* Unified marketing and storytelling.

### 3. **Future Growth & Ecosystem Expansion**

This merge isn’t just about today, it’s about preparing for tomorrow. A single, unified token makes it easier to scale and expand into new markets, partnerships, and technologies. It allows us to stay nimble, seize new opportunities, and provide more value to our community.

* Improved liquidity and deeper market confidence.
* Easier listings and adoption across platforms.
* A foundation designed to grow with us.

### 4. **Built for the Community**

We know that any change to the token structure directly impacts you our holders and supporters. This merge is designed with your long-term benefit in mind. It’s about creating a sustainable ecosystem where your assets are easier to use, more recognizable, and better positioned for future value.

## What This Means for You

* If you’re already holding our tokens, you’ll be able to seamlessly migrate to the new unified token during the TGE.
* The new token will represent everything the old ones did, but with more strength and clarity.
* We’re giving you a stronger foundation to grow with us.
* During the TGE we are gathering all legacy tokens, giving you new one per the allocation, and we will be selling **ALL** of the legacy tokens we gather into the burnt LPs to gather as much CRO as we can to put into the new token.&#x20;
* The only purpose for collecting legacy tokens is to sell into the burnt LPs helping deepen liquidity and create stronger trading pair's for $OBS

### The Road Ahead

This token merge is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter. With a unified asset, we’ll be able to focus on building innovative products, forming key partnerships, and expanding into new opportunities without the distraction of fragmentation.

Together, we’re creating not just a token, but a long-lasting brand and ecosystem.

## Legacy Token Holders (6.3B $OBS)

**ELIGIBLE TOKENS:**

* $ROBIN
* $LION (Cronos)
* $LION (zkEVM)

**MARKET-CAP SNAPSHOT:**

On the snapshot date (randomly taken between October 6th-TGE Start), we will record the market capitalization of each legacy token. Each token’s share of the combined market cap determines its percentage of the 6.3 B OBS allocation.

Example: If ROBIN represents 65% of the combined market cap, it would receive roughly 4 B OBS from the 6.3 B pool.

**USER DEPOSITS:**

* Holders deposit their tokens during the TGE.&#x20;
* Suppose 10 B ROBIN are deposited in total.&#x20;
* The 4 B OBS allocated to the ROBIN pool will be divided pro-rata among all deposited ROBIN. &#x20;
* The same calculation applies to both LION pools.

## Public TGE Sale (1.35B $OBS)

New investors can participate by depositing $CRO. The 1.35B $OBS allocated for the public sale will be split pro-rata according to the total $CRO contributed. No soft cap & no hard cap

This structure ensures:&#x20;

* Fair distribution to legacy holders based on actual market value at the snapshot.&#x20;
* A clear on-ramp for new participants to join the Obsidian ecosystem.

## Vesting Terms

CLAIMABILITY:

* At TGE completion, users will be able to **claim 15%** of their allocated OBS immediately.
* The remaining **85%** will be locked and released linearly over **90 days**.
* The locked portion will vest continuously and users will be able to claim vested tokens at any time (claimable per second). \*Vesting starts the unlock timer once the initial 15% is claimed
* This applies to OBS allocations from legacy token pools (ROBIN and both LION pools) as well as OBS received from the public CRO sale.

## Use Case - Worked Example

<mark style="color:yellow;">**\*The following is a hypothetical example and should not be used to calculate your allocation\***</mark>

**ASSUMPTIONS FOR THE EXAMPLE:**

* Allocation to ROBIN pool: 4B OBS
* Total ROBIN deposited by all participants: 10B ROBIN
* User A deposit: 100K ROBIN

**STEP-BY-STEP CALCULATION FOR USER A:**

* User A share of deposited ROBIN = User A deposit / Total ROBIN deposited = 100,000,000 / 10,000,000,000 = 1.000000%
* User A total OBS allocation from ROBIN pool = Allocation to ROBIN pool × User A share = 4,000,000,000 × 1.000000% = 40,000,000 OBS
* Immediately claimable (15%) = 15.00% of 40,000,000 = 6,000,000 OBS
* Locked (85%) = 85.00% of 40,000,000 = 34,000,000 OBS
* Vesting duration = 90 days (7776000 seconds)
* Vesting (release) rate = Locked amount / Vesting seconds = 34,000,000 / 7,776,000 ≈ 4.372428 OBS/second

**So, in this scenario (100 participants assumed across the example totals):**&#x20;

* User A receives 6,000,000 OBS immediately at TGE completion.&#x20;
* The remaining 34,000,000 OBS unlocks linearly over 90 days at approximately 4.372428 OBS/second.
