## TOKENOMICS

10B Total Supply:

* 10% (1B $OBS) will be held for development to facility future growth of bridging, new liquidity etc not meant to go into circulation unless it is to facilitate this type of activity. If we don’t need it, we will burn it at a later date

## TGE BREAKDOWN

* 70% (6.3B) Legacy Token Holders
* 15% (1.35B) New investors
* 10% (900M) Liquidity paired with 100% of CRO Raised
* 5% (450M) ROBIN Liquid NFTs with Puush (previously named retro 404s)
* Finalized MCAP Snapshot was taken 2:50pm US Central time

## Legacy Token Holders (6.3B $OBS)

**ELIGIBLE TOKENS:**

* $ROBIN
* $LION (Cronos)
* $LION (zkEVM)

**MARKET-CAP SNAPSHOT:**

On the snapshot date (randomly taken between October 6th-TGE Start), we will record the market capitalization of each legacy token. Each token’s share of the combined market cap determines its percentage of the 6.3 B OBS allocation.

Example: If ROBIN represents 65% of the combined market cap, it would receive roughly 4 B OBS from the 6.3 B pool.

**USER DEPOSITS:**

* Holders deposit their tokens during the TGE.
* Suppose 10 B ROBIN are deposited in total.
* The 4 B OBS allocated to the ROBIN pool will be divided pro-rata among all deposited ROBIN.
* The same calculation applies to both LION pools.

## Public TGE Sale (1.35B $OBS)

New investors can participate by depositing $CRO. The 1.35B $OBS allocated for the public sale will be split pro-rata according to the total $CRO contributed. No soft cap & no hard cap

This structure ensures:

* Fair distribution to legacy holders based on actual market value at the snapshot.
* A clear on-ramp for new participants to join the Obsidian ecosystem.

## Vesting Terms

CLAIMABILITY:

* At TGE completion, users will be able to **claim 15%** of their allocated OBS immediately.
* The remaining **85%** will be locked and released linearly over **90 days**.
* The locked portion will vest continuously and users will be able to claim vested tokens at any time (claimable per second). \*Vesting starts the unlock timer once the initial 15% is claimed
* This applies to OBS allocations from legacy token pools (ROBIN and both LION pools) as well as OBS received from the public CRO sale.

## Use Case - Worked Example

**\*The following is a hypothetical example and should not be used to calculate your allocation\***

**ASSUMPTIONS FOR THE EXAMPLE:**

* Allocation to ROBIN pool: 4B OBS
* Total ROBIN deposited by all participants: 10B ROBIN
* User A deposit: 100K ROBIN

**STEP-BY-STEP CALCULATION FOR USER A:**

* User A share of deposited ROBIN = User A deposit / Total ROBIN deposited = 100,000,000 / 10,000,000,000 = 1.000000%
* User A total OBS allocation from ROBIN pool = Allocation to ROBIN pool × User A share = 4,000,000,000 × 1.000000% = 40,000,000 OBS
* Immediately claimable (15%) = 15.00% of 40,000,000 = 6,000,000 OBS
* Locked (85%) = 85.00% of 40,000,000 = 34,000,000 OBS
* Vesting duration = 90 days (7776000 seconds)
* Vesting (release) rate = Locked amount / Vesting seconds = 34,000,000 / 7,776,000 ≈ 4.372428 OBS/second

**So, in this scenario (100 participants assumed across the example totals):**

* User A receives 6,000,000 OBS immediately at TGE completion.
* The remaining 34,000,000 OBS unlocks linearly over 90 days at approximately 4.372428 OBS/second.
